Vine Drive Bungalow-Front Porch
The front porch was an additional room during the warmer months. We incorporated a fountain and plants on the porch with comfy chairs and a cocktail table.

Vine Drive Bungalow-Front Garden
It is important for your home to make a statement to the street...otherwise known as "curb appeal." Just as your eye is attracted to lovely and bright things, so is energy. We landscaped the front gardens with the intention of attracting energy all year around.

Vine Drive Bungalow-Deck and Patio
The original deck did not include stairs, so we expanded the deck, added the stairs and designed a curved stamped concrete patio. This area was surrounded by colorful perennials that made up a Butterfly Garden. This area defined the missing Abundance area of the home and the owner's had tremendous growth in both of the businesses after this area was done.

Vine Drive Bungalow-Deck
There is an explosion of color around the entire house.

Vine Drive Bungalow-Living Room
The living room had wonderful light and high ceilings, which helped the room feel bigger than it actually was. During the cold months, the family loved cozying up and enjoying a fire.
-
Vine Drive Bungalow-Kitchen
Although small, this kitchen was very efficient. In order to keep the energy bright we did a faux wash of 3 different yellow paints on the walls. In addition, the broken mosaic tile backsplash added more color, and represented all of the elements for a nice balance in the space.

Vine Drive Bungalow-Dining Room
The dining room was separated from the living room with a 1/2 wall. The owners of the home used this as a fun display shelf for seasonal objects, live plants and pictures.

Vine Drive Bungalow-Office/Guest Room
The front bedroom doubled as a home office and as a guest room. The beautiful tall windows brought in magnificent natural light, so we were able to go with a richer color on the wall because there was so much light. The result was a quiet room that was perfect for the owner to use as an office space and meditation room.

Vine Drive Bungalow-Master Bedroom
This very spacious bedroom felt a bit too big for the clients. We brought the room together using Ralph Lauren's Suede paint...which provided a rich color and a complex texture to the walls. We finished off the ceiling by using a deep green and overlaying a metallic bronze faux finish. The result was a lush and intimate bedroom.
-
Vine Drive Bungalow-Daughter's Bedroom
Another spacious bedroom that needed to feel a little smaller. The daughter's earth element is metal, and we wanted to keep the room light, but also to keep the metal in control a bit. We brought in a terracotta color paint for the walls, and did a peach faux finish over them. This provided just enough fire element to sooth the metal energy. The ceilings were finished off with a lavender shade and a opalescent pearl faux finish.

Vine Drive Bungalow-Son's Bedroom
The son was very young when the family moved into this house. His room was set up to be very balanced and help him feel safe and secure. The walls were a soft green suede paint, the art was all very soothing, and the furmiture was simple and easily accesible for him.

Vine Drive Bungalow-Children's Bathroom
Bathrooms have a lot of drains and water in them, which can be problematic when you are trying to keep energy in the house. We brought in green (wood element) for the walls, and selected a colorful tile pattern that represented all of the elements but fire (no red available). The result was a balanced and energetic bathroom for the kids.
