My Perfect Space

My Perfect Space has to do with creating YOUR perfect space on all levels.

Dana T. Duellman is an alchemist for your home.  As a licensed Realtor she helps her buyer clients find the perfect home or helps her seller clients welcome the perfect buyer.  As a Feng Shui Practitioner she creates a home for your soul...a space for rest, creativity, family and friends and most importantly JOY!

If you are ready for a total redesign of your space, or if you are building a new home or office, Dana can work closely with your architect, contractor and interior designers to design a space that is balanced and in concert with you and your family.

Dana also works with people in transition, for example a person going through a divorce who may be starting with nothing but a new place to live.  Dana works carefully with her client to determine their living needs and will personally assist them in shopping in order to get their new space feeling like home in no time at all.

July Update!

Welcome!  We have updated the Helpful Resources Page, Blog and Events Page...but...the BIG news today is that Congress passed an extension of the Homebuyer Tax Credit closing deadline, the Homebuyer Assistance and Improvement Act (H.R. 5623). The extension applies only to transactions that have ratified contracts in place as of April 30, 2010 that have not yet closed. The legislation is designed to create a seamless extension. The new closing deadline for eligible transactions is September 30, 2010. There will be no gap between June 30 and the date the President signs the bill into law.

Congress also reauthorized the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) to write or renew flood insurance policies, which are required in order to obtain a mortgage in a 100-year floodplain.  The National Flood Insurance Program Extension Act of 2010 (H.R. 5569), reauthorizes the flood insurance program through September 30, 2010. Without the NFIP, property owners in federally designated areas across nearly 20,000 communities nationwide could not obtain a mortgage or flood insurance to protect their properties.

GREAT NEWS!
